• Project manager and project lead for two years overseeing the creation and implementation of the company’s online e-learning program. Managed $500,000 budget, hired and trained 20 online course facilitators, developed course content for two, asynchronous courses, co-designed 3 additional courses working with SME’s (subject matter experts). • Ran a district-wide program designed for first generation, college-bound students in 8 middle schools and 7 high schools

In addition to my role as STAE Coordinator, I was also the District Lead Teacher for English Language arts teachers in grades 9-12 during that same time period. 

• Cultivated a strong collaboration culture between all high school English teachers by creating a district blog to highlight teachers and their classroom best practices, called Education Celebration 
• Utilized Adult Learning Theory practices to create district-wide asynchronous learning opportunities for educators seeking opportunities to expand their craft
